Full Guarantee Terms

We stand behind the High Yield MCAT Prep program. These terms explain the requirements, eligibility criteria, and claim process for our 15-Point Boost Promise.

1. Complete the Program

2. Show Your Improvement

3. Get Your Refund

The 15-point improvement is determined by comparing a student’s qualifying baseline score with their qualifying final practice exam score and/or actual MCAT exam, subject to the requirements below.

Your baseline score is the total score from the practice exam designated as your qualifying starting exam for the 15-Point Boost Promise.

Your qualifying final score is the total score from the designated final qualifying practice exam or, where applicable, your official MCAT score after completion of the required Diamond Curriculum.

How the 15-Point Improvement is Calculated

Score improvement is calculated by subtracting the qualifying baseline score from the qualifying final score. An increase of 15 points or more satisfies the score-improvement target. An increase of fewer than 15 points may qualify for a refund only if all other requirements of the 15-Point Boost Promise have been satisfied.

The 15-Point Boost Promise is subject to the eligibility, completion, score-verification, and claim requirements described in these terms.

A claim is not eligible if the student has not completed the Diamond Curriculum components or qualifying practice exams required under these terms.

You must submit your claim within 7 days of your final qualifying practice exam. Claims submitted after this deadline are not eligible unless applicable law requires otherwise.

A claim may be denied if the student cannot provide sufficient documentation to verify qualifying exam scores, curriculum completion, or other information reasonably necessary to determine eligibility under the 15-Point Boost Promise.

The 15-Point Boost Promise applies only to purchases and plans specifically designated as eligible for the guarantee. Free access, non-qualifying products, standalone services, and other purchases not expressly covered by these terms are not eligible.

A claim is not eligible if High Yield MCAT Prep reasonably determines that the student has submitted false or misleading information, manipulated qualifying scores or documentation, shared account access in violation of the applicable terms, or otherwise misused the program or guarantee.

The following additional conditions apply to all claims made under the 15-Point Boost Promise.

  • One Guarantee Claim Per Qualifying Purchase

You may claim the 15-Point Boost Promise only once for each qualifying purchase. A student may not submit multiple refund claims based on the same enrollment, purchase, or set of qualifying exam results.

  • Refund Limited to the Qualifying Purchase Price

High Yield MCAT Prep will limit any refund under the 15-Point Boost Promise to the amount you actually paid for the qualifying program purchase. The refund will not exceed the original qualifying purchase price.

  • Refund Method and Processing Time

High Yield MCAT Prep will issue approved refunds using the original payment method whenever possible. After High Yield MCAT Prep approves a claim, the time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, or card issuer.

  • Changes to the Guarantee Terms

HighYieldMCATPrep.com may update or revise the 15-Point Boost Promise from time to time. Any material changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce the guarantee rights attached to a qualifying purchase made before the revised terms became effective, except where required by applicable law.

  • Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

Nothing in the 15-Point Boost Promise is intended to limit or waive any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws. If any part of these guarantee terms conflicts with mandatory law, the applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.
